Thanks @JacobSzwejbka. This should be able to fix T5 as well.
Seems like there's still an error though in ExecuTorch E2E / Python - Test / whisper (et=nightly, py=3.11, ubuntu-22.04) (pull_request)
Feel free ignore the failure in ExecuTorch E2E / Python - Test / whisper (et=0.7.0, py=3.11, ubuntu-22.04) (pull_request) since we won't be able to get the necessary torch pin to fix that until ET 1.0 is out.

The formatting changes happened automatically when I ran make style.
Whisper was using a deprecated api pattern from transformers. This PR switches it to a style used in the Qualcomm scripts that seems to work well.
